Subscription
For a property manager to use the system, they are required to do a system subscription. This allows the manager to create account for each asset they manage.
Self Service
The system allows the user to access different menus from tenant account information, rentals and property statements, invoices, receipts.
Property Management
This is a summary of all Clients and Tenants' rental information. All transactions are managed here.
Payments
All property payments are made through the system. Managers and Clients have a provision to manage and see the payments reports respectively.
Transaction Ledger
Transactions including the Utility bills, Accounts payables, Unearned revenues, Repairs and Maintenance costs etc are all recorded here. All ledger reports are managed here.
Reports
This is a summary of all transactions that system users may need e.g. client reports, payments statements, customer reports, invoices etc.
